struggle to see a worse jockey at top stable
|
By:
Can't believe what I just seen there. Spent two furlongs running up the back of the leaders.
|
By:
Honestly the guy is a complete jock as a jockey , time after time he makes wrong decisions ..
|
By:
poor ride
|
By:
Maybe it was the TIGHT track that done for the poor guy, please remember he only had the whole of Newbury to make his challenge ...
|
By:
Extremely frustrating to watch if you backed the horse...like me.

Nicky Henderson's stable jockey is one of the Top 2 jobs in England. why oh why oh why oh why doesn't he employ someone else. He would have the pick of jockeys.
De Bonnville is f'ing useless. The fact that so few other trainers use him should tell the story! |
By:
He actually thought about making the right decision (switch to the near side) but no, went again to look for the non existent gap between the leaders. So poor.
|
By:
yep acres either side and he manages to find trouble, rtv going native "unlucky" ffs
|
By:
workrider has highlighted this many times in the past and people still have a go at him when he states this. Has to better out there for this stable
|
By:
Kris I'm saying it for two years and have been slated. The 'top jockey' fanboys dont even try to defend him anymore.
|
By:
Kriskin, workrider will have a go at anyone/anything that is English so I wouldn't take too much notice of him on these matters.
The Henderson stable is not having a great time of it at the moment with just a 15% strike rate so far this year so dont expect Nico to be firing in the winners from all angles when the stable is clearly not at its best. Overall Nico has a very respectable 41.35% strike rate when on the so called 'best horse in the race' (favourites) for all trainers. Had you backed each of these over the years at Bfsp then you would be in profit, even if only just. The knockers, as always, are talking out of their pocket. |

Sure everything will be Rosy in the garden come cheltenham

Never a truer word spoken ,and with rides like that don't expect a change anytime soon... ![]() ![]() |

So everything's his fault then

Good answer ..

Still not forgiven for his ride on Santini last year. Top of the hill screaming kick on....
|
By:
Nice winner for Nico there, 22 at bfsp. The forum curse works once again. First start for Henderson.
|
By:
Theres not a jockey riding today that would not have won on that imho
|
By:
Except Nico of course. According to some.
|
By:
When a horse wind 10l unchallenged its usually nout to do with the jockey
When a horse gets beat half a length and finishes ahead of winner 2 yards after the line still full of running, well.. |

wins*

|
By:
Cant win can he? Never mind.
|
By:
I think the first four words of your last sentence sums up the jockey and situation correctly .
|
By:
Thats meant for Tiger.
