had it approx 2 months, just really for small soccer accas, and used it for soccer matches premier games only, had quite a bit £5 free bets with them, i did no  horse racing bets,        no casino, no arbing, im really shocked, NOT RESTRICTED, BUT ACC CLOSED, i have some future events bets on soccer, snooker worlds champs  which will stand, but i have no access at all now to remeber what they were> Shocked. Really was recreational small bets, just to do some accas, and probably put in  approx £200 and dont think i had any returnsGrin, and yet closed

IESNARE, have you been winning elsewhere? Betfred has a strict 'Losers only' policy.

You are not enough of a mug, take it as a compliment.

They used to have a tennis pro who used to lose 20k-£30k a week on average, also a foreign-based trainer who used to do the same!

Random guesses:

1. OP mentions free bets so perhaps has fallen foul of the "free bet abuse" algorithm some geek coded up last week

2. It may be OP has accidentally stumbled on the same selections as a known shark

3. Betfred might stupidly be using IP address to link accounts across time, and have made a false link with a shark

Don't think iesnare works anymore as flash has been decommissioned, but no doubt they have some substitute.

Bookmakers have continually abused the hopeless gambling losers yet find with a fine toothcomb the savvy unwanted customers and then we have to listen to Freds token gesture on our TV's with his bet to your pocket and responsible gambling through gritted teeth knowing full well historically they have turned a blind eye to it.

"bet to your pocket"  Could quite easily have a pop up comes on when  you log on to any site , these individual site  Gamb aware adds are just another way of Advertising nothing else  ..

Too late for you elisjohn however I've still got bog with fred and also victor.
Keep them sweet by placing some dumb bets which you lay back on here ;ideally try to get into a loss situation with them and then withdraw the reciprocal profits from here.

theres no "Keeping them sweet".  if they're keeping your account open it's because they think they can get all of your money from you.  they may even get lucky & you turn out to be an addict / problem gambler.  that's the jackpot, "traders" running around the office high-fiving each other.

There is one rule to keep accounts open, YOU MUST LOSE.
They DISCRIMATE , i thought that was illegal in this country.
If a firm has 10,000 customers and 9,999 lost. they will ban that ONE WINNER.NAP.
There is only One firm i bet with nowadays. and thats Starsports. they give everyone a decent run, plenty of arbs as well if your a dirty arber.
They have proper traders who know the game inside out and are Proper Bookmakers.

they'll still have a look at the list (they definitely don't share with each other as that would be illegal) when you open your account ...

i've opened an account, placed bets on horses and had an email before the first one has even run telling me to foxtrot oscar.  so the notion of "YOU MUST LOSE" is incorrect.  if you're taking prices they're not happy with they're not bothered if you lose or not.

Is that definitely still the case in the GDPR era, Dambuster?  No doubting it happened before.  Not sure (without fine-tooth combing their T&Cs) they would be allowed to get away with it now.

how could you possibly stop it.  two traders meet each other in a park.  one leaves a list on the bench & the other one picks it up ...

already heard from someone on here recently who had his account closed before he'd even had a bet.  do you think they did that because they didn't like his name ?

If you've had a previous account, are using the same IP address as a "marked" account or the same tablet/desktop/phone you'll be found out.

The fact that you've been closed rather than the usual restriction to lose £5 on bets suggests you've had a previous account?

GVC own Ladbrokes Coral Sportingbet and various others.
Flutter own Paddy Power Betfair Skybet and others.

Collusion between their own is obvious, but if a new Hills account for example gets restricted it raises suspicions of illegal tracking and data sharing.

This week:

William Hill restricted my father to 3p Lucky 15's (his normal stake is 10p)

He loves his RPGTV greyhounds and does the trap challenge on a regular basis - today Coral restricted his stake on that and he is losing to them.

Joke the lot of them!!

They are not BOOKMAKERS  Goddess , could not price up a Tin of Beans people take advantage of their ricks and are quickly restricted , as for your grand dad it shows how low these people can go , on RPGTV you get the reps on giving a load of shyte plenty of back slapping from the presenters , send an email in for their thoughts on the Matter , You could bet short odds it will not be read out .
