I know you are an apologist for Betfair - and (in the complete absence of any Customer Service) from time to time that is very helpful on here - but you will have your work cut out trying to defend the practices of some of the others!

Only opened an account on Saturday to take advantage of their to win at the Dublin/Cheltenham festival enhanced prices, which proved to be a waste of time anyway, wont be giving Mr Done anymore buisness.
FF - I think he now spends his Saturday mornings at GA meetings - trying to encourage them to come into his shops so that his staff can "help" them
