i am constantly surprised that tv pundits do not refer to the rules of racing (i dont know them, but i am not a tv pundit).
If there were a breach of the rules then Stewards are obliged to enquire, if they cannot determine who or what is at fault or that such breaches do not affect the result, then so be it. But if a rule breach isthere then an enquiry should be held.

HH you've hit it. Like Cheltenham  Two winners for trainers/jockeys.  Listed winners ( for mares ? ) at Chelt. Everybody IMPORTANT happy.   They all would like 14 winners at the meeting. No problem.

The RP results questioned why wasn't one called. I honestly think we have the worst Stewards out of the big horse racing nations. They are inconsistent and reguarly make unfathomable decisions. Idiots. They never explain and they never apologise.

Chelmsford stewards have got previous, remember when they chucked that horse few years ago for intimidation never touched worse stewards in the country bar none.
