ATR are currently aware of inconsistencies in latency for their service between desktop and mobile devices. ATR are also aware of an ongoing issue for customers experiencing intermittent stuttering on some ATR streams.
A resolution for this issue has been prioritised and ATR are working to implement a fix as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience in this matter and will continue to feedback progress if and when it is received from the provider.
Please note that, in the short term, ATR streams will not achieve the same latency of the streams offered by RTV.
