All this discovered after the weigh in so anyone that layed the 50/1 snowfall for a place loses their money on here ? When a "better horse " ran the race ?

Mother Earth, who actually finished third as opposed to Snowfall, as per the result, will now face disqualification, although no formal action has yet been taken. O'Brien will also likely face a hefty fine. -------------- I would imagine that Snowfall will be (technically) Disqualified (from revised 8th) too - as both horsed carried wrong equipment - that being the Number Cloth. |

At least the form stood up Mother earth rated 10lbs higher beat Snowfall rated 92 by 11 lengths. My question is are these checks done every race or random ones? TIA.
