3 horse race according to the betting but I'm not so sure, think you can pick holes in the form of all 3, mainly because of the heavy going. Telecaster has always been an in and out horse and has been btn twice since winning in France easily in a pretty poor race, not certain to appreciate the extra 2 furlongs or the heavy ground.
  Ziyad also hasn't raced on ground this bad but has form over distance.
  Red Verdon is a grand horse, won his 2 races this season over 1m6fs easily but again nothing to say will handle todays conditions as generally runs on Good/GF ground.
Could be worth taking on all 3 for a small loss if one should handle the ground.
At a fair price Soft Light could get a place and will be an Ew bet for me, along with a 1st 3/4 bet on outsider Subway Dancer who tends to run well at Deauville and won over 1m3fs at Longchamp on heavy ground in a G2 last year.
