We are aware of the latency issues that customers have been experiencing with Racing TV streams since the return of the UKI racing last week. This problem is on the stream provider’s side and is currently being fixed. Due to the complex nature of the systems involved however, this may take several weeks to resolve. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are committed to providing the lowest possible latency stream to our customers. When we have further updates we will make another announcement.
If any customers are experiencing exceptionally high latency (10s) this is most likely due to older browsers/devices which do not support the new low latency streaming solution. In these cases, the system will fall back to the higher latency streams. If you are experiencing these issues, please try updating your browser, try a different browser, or try watching the stream on a different device to see if that resolves the issue.
