Graphics were ok but the sound didnt seem realistic- the crowd sounded like a bunch of mad females probably done to promote gender equality etc etc incase someone accuses ITv of misogyny

well done winners, all for a fabulous cause. hopefully the public will long remember the scum that refused to take bets / limited people to buttons when all the takings were going towards frontline medical care and the heroic fight against c19.

I over estimated the complexity of the machine taking into ground handicap mark and ground. It seems all I need to do was back the hose that won last time out and has won over 4 miles. That's 4 from 4 now.

I had a fiver don't get me wrong, but its so pathetic its unreal
Why not wait until they can proceed with racing and have done a big grand national in August? that way we could have raised an absolute fortune ?

it was designed to cheer people up, take their minds off whats happening for 5 minutes and raise money now, when it's needed. and people are still knocking it, and bookies refusing to take bets that would have ended up buying equipment. don't think it brought out the best in everyone.

You can't expect bookies to take bets on a virtual race though, Hulk They are a business at the end of the day, and its the governments/tax payers job to buy all that stuff, and bookies pay enough in taxes themselves

Bookies have been encouraging account holders to partake in Virtual Racing with promotion esp even before Covid-19 stopped horse racing altogether. It's an irony not this particular race as it was for the benefit of the NHS.
A PR disaster.

Bit of a farce, horse won who would not have qualified to run in the actual race yet Nick Luck said "they have taken the 40 most likeliest runners" - Well the winner was the most UNLIKELY runner..in fact he could not have run...amateurish!

We all know it was meant to be just a bit of fun.but by publicising that all profits would go to a good cause the bookies prompted lots more people to play,me included.their subsequent actions didn’t enter the spirit that was intended.

^^Exactly. Also there were probably some people in the NHS watching this when they could have been saving someone's life.
I have to shake my head at the selfishness of people here to be honest.
