Resisted commenting but possibly Hello can substantiate about a few posts of a decade or so ago?
The phone message was thus almost verbatum "I hope our members enjoyed the champers we sent out on the back of our latest advice, might have been 1/33 but can you get that return from your bank"?
A tennis match, even Brimarim would struggle to get that arse about face?

i was a member in 97 and can honestly say that the only decent bit of "info" he gave for £1495 split btwn 3 of us was for Pilsudski antepost for the Eclipse - this was in the days b4 mobile phones by the way and he regularly gave out 1/33 shots on the tennis as maximums - he also told us that a 100/1 shot running at Hexham was being laid out for GC - Needless to say it was best £500 i eva spent if ya catch my drift and the Simply The Best message on the day after Pilsudski won and Bosra was given a shocker was priceless

Many moons ago he was very good. I did have two accounts closed down when following his bets. There was a big gamble on Mely Moss (I think) who landed an ordinary handicap chase off top weight (8/1-2/1 or something similar). He'd been talking about a double maximum bet for some months and that was it. He did give See More Business for the GC at a big price too.
Yep there were a lot of mathematical bets and 2/1 shots given each way as part of this, but he consistently made money. In those days though he had 'account bets' and 'non account bets' (more like info from contacts). I believe he had a very strong team of people in key yards.

feel sorry for anyone joining this cowboy service, however as they say youll only do it once. I once made the mistake of joining however within 6 months of being messed about abandoned ship, they liked you to phone multiple times a day and behave like there is a huge coupe about to transpire, only to give you the second fav in a seller with exposed form. they suggest to have connections with the Paul Cole and Mick Channon yards however regularly missed their big winners to concentrate on the 5/1 e/w pokes that would run unplaced. At the price they are having your trousers down big time. Speaking of which :-)

I learnt many hard lessons on the road to the conclusion, only ever trust your own judgement. This guy was one of two services where I learnt that tipping services are not a shortcut to riches and will only leave you out of pocket. The other was called the Winning Line, if I remember correctly. I comment based purely upon my own expensive experience with them.

If any tipster was really as good as they say ... why share it The argument they can't get large bets on so wish to share their success with others being the obvious line they use ... b0llocks

I was in isiris and he gave cousin vinny and won the bumper at cheltenham@33-1 ante post.Anothe was the Xmas number one and we backed mr blobby to beat west life at 25-1 and came in.He also gave 9 out of 10 hunter chase winners at double figure prices in a season. He did go down hill for a while and left but he told everyone he was taking a few years out but he actually went to prison.Kevin booth and Martin used to run the service but I think Martin went his own way.

Paul, you're wrong, it was "Take That", not "Westlife" that "Mr Blobby" beat to number one that Christmas. I remember it well because I was all over "Take That" at evens before it got backed into 1/8 and would have won but they didn't press enough copies and the stores ran out.

I doubt it ... he was sentenced in 2013 and only got 4 years IIRC. Out in half that time with good behaviour IMO.

Paul and Pixie your both wrong it was not mr blooby and certainly was nt TaKe that, it was Bob the builder which over turned the 1-5 favourite West life

Rue the day I did say west life and I knew it was a Cartoon but could not think of the name..Westlife would never of been no 1 as we where told to buy 50 copies each on Saturday and 200 members makes it impossible to overturn.Yep Westlife where about 1-5 on but the gap was closing by Friday and by Saturday it had overtaken Westlife and I bought 100 copies on Saturday and the only way it was not going to be No 1 is if the big bookie bought loads of singles to do the dirty tricks Sunday morning it was 1-10 on and game over and a well done coup had by all.I think I made about 20kjust on that one punt.Think we also had the winner of the Scottish league cup final as Mr booth had something to do with the club could be Kilmarnock.Happy days.
