Didn't Carlsberg admit they done sh!t beer recently? Can we expect a similar statement from BF towers?

Need to invest more money in their IT department. How many millions lost in commision and PC.
The best bit about these total idiots is that I am displaying the two different Official Betfair Service status pages. The "Watch this space!" Product Status page says everything has a green tick, so status is fine!. The Exchange API status is showing "Some systems are experiencing issues".
They can't even make their minds up on the status let alone communicate it correctly. Clearly their attempts to fix anything more complicated like software has no chance.

Lee, if they are not capable of keeping the site running properly they should get a job elsewhere. The management are to blame they have let this situation go on for years now

On a serious note, everyone should be thankful the Exchange is Betfair's main source of income, I had a "technical" issue with Poker a couple of months ago that took 3 DAYS to fix!

There was an error processing the bet check in open bets to see if the bets been taken...
but it really has spoiled the day,time to settle down and watch to moon win the cup.
If these regular unexplained stoppage occurrences were to happen in Hong Kong or Singapore their licence to operate will be rescinded immediately for sure. Why do they recur so regularly especially on a saturday afternoon? If there are other serious competitors around, and not a monopoly betfair Exchange would have been toast some time ago, I firmly believe.
As I said before - too many people on site crashes the software and Betfair IT guys temp. patch don't hold up.

Lee, what I mean is if they are swamped and don't know what to do they shouldn't be doing the job. I'm sure there are many people capable of sorting this shower out. They probably won't employ them as they won't pay the going rate

They show as open on Gruss, but the totals aren't changing so I assume you can't use it but I aint fooking trying it.

The reason I use the exchange is I believe I get better odds. I refuse to give them a penny through Sportsbook as any profit they made from me most certainly wouldn't go towards fixing the weekly ongoing problems (I would also be forced into taking worse odds by their incompetence)

For such a large organisation the amount of times your platform/website crashes is piss poor.
