In Running Markets Seem Strange Today (Tues)

I'm having bets randomly disappear from the actual Exchange grid, but they're still there in Bets Manager....

that race at Pau, the amount matched on the race dropped when the race went off

there was a few thousand matched but was showing under a thousand after the off

My account manager advises that they have received multiple reports and that it's being investigated

same again at Ayr

Doesn't bode well for the Newcastle steam rally.

That last race at Bangor - 13:05 was 'all over the place.

EVERYTHING disappearing for SEVERAL horses at the SAME time - - and way before the finish.

Looked like the Low Liquidity Australian Markets, at ordinary meetings - apart from - EVERYTHING does NOT go BLANK on SEVERAL horses, at the same time - even in such Markets.

The Graph/Ladder does NOT CORRELATE to 1.01 or 1000.0 SWIPES in the BLANK circumstances, either.

Markets DISPLAY GONE MAD.

this has happened before, something about the API refreshing or showing old prices . will be fixed by 12:01 tomorrow

The money is still there.  It's just not showing on the grid.

Seen this happen before.

Current prices alternating with historical prices.

(apart from any generated by bots relying on surrounding prices or money cancelled by the user thereafter)

ISP and betting tool? Could be a cache or API problem.

BT and BA here

It shows the same on Gruss and the BF website.

I had a bet on the 2nd in running never got matched

It's different to the historical prices flashing up that we've seen many times before.

I had a word with Betfair and asked them to ask the layer if he would honour my winning bet that vanished. The honourable layer has paid so cheers if it was one of you chaps.

You actually had a matched bet disappear?  None of mine have.  If that is the case, they really should pull the site.

ONLY if you are trying to bet at the CURRENTLY DISPLAYED Prices -

! just  Had two 1.18 Lay bets - placed mid-race -  when both horses were around 4.0 - both Matched there later in the race, when they were disputing the lead.

race settled, obviously no problem at sleepy hollow

Bangor in BA on BT froze solid for a good chunk of the race then came back at the end.

Half race frozen market should be voided
Take it down to fix it
Take all day if thats whats required

I'm on Zen and running BA, albeit I wasn't on the Bangor race, but I have been betting throughout on the snooker without issue.

Hello there, we can confirm that there was a display issue. As it stood this wasn't affecting bets and it was just a display issue on the amount matched on the market. The markets are now recovering and should be fixed. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Posted thread and no replies for a couple of hours.

Decide to leave it anyway and go for a long lunch and it looks like it's been chaos.

Hope no-one has been hit to hard by it.

It wasn't just a problem on the amount matched on the market not updating for me. It was all the back and lay prices which were also not updating - hopeless.

Complain & get refund

It's not just the horses, I laid a .05 goals market at 1.15 and backed at 1.16, bets got matched, when I looked half a hour later the history only showed a few bets taken up to 1.13.

There was hardly anything showing as available in any of the football markets.

NO - tom ... My Lays were both OFFERING 1.18  (NOT 4.0) - placed MID-race - when both horses were, at that time, around 4.0

2 horses going h2h to the finish of course 1.18 would be taken any day of the week....what doesn't happen every day of the week is all prices disappearing and races freezing for a minute mid race......race came back any your lays were taken, mid race it was a minefield and not safe

still keeps freezing during the race
