What - dropping Pimms or 'pokering' (of either sort) as all 3 are frowned upon in that part of the world?

Well what happened to him

He had the appearance of a Spiv and I distinctly remember he had a monotonous voice, underneath these surface characteristics he may have been a sound as pound fella.  Who knows.
