Weaver - Whooping and incoherent hollering - after a FAV Winner

- whilst ... Last Year's 'Broadcaster of the Year' (Harvey)  spends practically the whole evening giggling like a schoolgirl, at everything, anything - and NOTHING.

- and these 2 Tawts are going to continue this childish carp on SKYRACING.  Cry

They way these two tawts - suddenly interrupt - and with a BANAL comment, that is nowhere near funny - yet they both laugh hysterically at it - is both annoying, and ignorant to the guest... and we often miss the  end of the guest's salient point, too.  Cry

Luke laughs as if he is a full-time resident in an asylum ...

- and Weaver has the most dreadful insincere sounding, snide, staccato CACKLE - that is nothing like a PROPER laugh ... and is one of the biggest giveaways to somebody's persona that there is.

Spot on onlooker,i said it the other day,tbf I don't mind Harvey a lot of the time but when he's with Weaver its hard work.
Osborne may have something to sell and why not? early in the night he had 2 quick digs at the bloodstock industry and any decent host would have picked up on it and i'm sure he would have expanded but these 2 just carried on giggling away.

Weaver 'awarded' the accolade - a the Horserace Writers Awards, a few days ago.

Harvey was 'awarded' it - at the same self-serving jolly-up, last year.

sadly No - Deadly serious - foxy ...

https://www.sportinglife.com/racing/news/weaver-and-down-among-winners/155680

There is a new Broadcaster of The Year in former top Flat jockey Jason Weaver, who has been a hit with ITV Racing and still continues his work for At The Races.

Weaver won more votes than ITV Racing front man and Sporting Life columnist Ed Chamberlin, Sporting Life and Racing UK's Lydia Hislop, and seven-time winner Nick Luck. The Broadcaster of the Year was first awarded in 2004 and the 2017 winner, Luke Harvey, hosted Monday's HWPA Derby Awards.

Re the 3 y o hurdle, next Saturday does my head in,both Cheltenhan and Doncaster put on basically the same race and 99% of the time they both end up totally uncompetitive,i'm struggling to remember the last time the jolly didn't win in a canter at Donny.
My ante post tip would be Cracker Factory-Donny and the Nicholls horse at Cheltenham.

When: 07 Dec 18 21:27

Fully agree with you. I cannot stand watching these imbeciles.
Weaver and Harvey are beyond belief with their stupidity on this programme and they bring racing into disrepute. You do not see this kind of foolishness on football or any other sport's channels. It is unfortunate that they will continue under the new arrangements on SKY TV.

Foxy,

You can still catch up on that ride:

I was on that one myself and I've watched it again a few times - a lovely waiting ride and he'd learned from hitting the front too soon on the horse at the December meeting earlier the same season.

Weaver and Harvey should seriously watch and learn from how the Americans and Australians present horse racing on their respective TV channels. They (US and Australian) are totally professional and manage to present horse racing in an interesting manner without resorting to stupidity and baseless humour .
