Got to be. He must have worked there and got his mates involved after discovering the glitch. Bit stupid scamming that much in his own shop. Bet he never put any losers through either. Best one I ever did was NFL acca's with handicaps like -3.5 points etc but when they used to check the results it didnt show them with the handicap so if a team won by say 2 points ( minus 3.5 handicap ) they still settled my bet as a winner. had loads of winners but used to throw losers in to throw them off the scent about me winning EVERY week.
