After soaring temp in England bricklayers decided to wear shorts on site , for big company , the Forman toms them it’s agsinstvour dress code policy so around , 20 bricked turned up fir work on site the next day in skirts Laugh Laugh

  They were told they could not work , but they threatened the company with the European gender law and threatened to go to a soliciter abd sue , a spokspen says we have now relaxed the dress code to shorts after the heat wave LaughLaughGrin

HSE say they've no qualms with workmen wearing shorts at work. It's the employers decision. If they don't want their men wearing them, then they'll lie and say it's H&S.

I was told to put my hard hat back on a couple of weeks ago. I said 'It's too hot', he replied 'I'd let you get away with that if you didn't have your fooking hoodie on'! DOH!!

On a serious not it was good too see lads sticking together against red tape management pants rules imagine them trying to do that in Australia no way Devil ,  looks like they bottled it ! bell— way construction chertsey Surrey it was , take a bow lads , stood up for thier rights !
