What's the first site to show final declarations?

I do not know the answer to your question, but the final decs appear on the Racing Post website at 11am (So for the flat, 11am today for Saturdays decs).

Press association and some bookies seem to have them earlier than they become available at BHA or Racing Post so I wonder how they got hold of them.

It seems to take the RP a while to type them in! Sometimes one card can be overnights, another still on 4 day.
