Got to be better than useless human jockeys. Wouldn't be so bad if racing pundits actually criticised jockeys sometimes. Most protected sports people in the world. The robot jockey idea was just in jest.

Tony - if you want to back winners in Lingfield 5k Novice races - best not to back one of Hamdan's expensive nicely bred colts on their seasonal debut. Never going to be knocked about in a million years was it?.

I backed Crowley and was happy with the run, it was a likely scenario that unless it did it easily on the snaff that Jim wouldn't put the gun to its head. He chivvied it out the stalls, got a lovely tow and couldn't quicken with the first two, who both had jockeys trying to win. Blackbarn simplifies the matter.

Yeah, you're both right, but surely it wasn't ridden to it's best possible position.
Jockeys in general infuriate me. They are never criticised by TV pundits, and like today, Hayley Moore i think it was, was praising the ride. It stinks. |

not much to criticise imo

Since when has any serious punter ever taken a blind bit of notice of anything these nice airy fairy presenters say.
They are not there to educate us,as most of us on here have far more knowledge of betting than these stooges. Or certainly should have by now. |
