Frank Spencer was originally booked for this one. I suppose we can expect the same sort of thing anyway.

What do people expect in all fairness ?
Semi illiterate incompetent midgets in charge of the steering. On top of that , Rab has a dirty eye on him. |
By:
Took him nearly a furlong to decide which side to switch to.
|
By:
should have stayed on the drugs
|
By:
ATR pundits going for the old “unlucky in running” routine again! But, surprise, surprise the winner was given a “great ride”. It’s just cliche after cliche on board the gravy train!
|
By:
they spoke to him about this mount on atr before the race,,, well get him back on to explain the ride he gave the horse.
|
By:
I've watched the replay again and the horse was hanging inwards all the time, Rab couldn't pull him out wide as the horse was lugging in. Me thinks it's a bit of a pig and in the final 150 yards when in the clear he actually doesn't make any ground on the front two, like an unlucky full of running horse would. Think the horse is a bit of a pig and far from straight forward and got away with doing it on the bridle in easier grades. I for one would be a layer next time if he was put in at a shortish price.

By:
get halving back on tv to explain the ****

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
mate.. havil just said in the interview before the race that this was easier company than it has ever ran in before |
By:
you arnt seriously suggesting you,d back the 150,s shot on here to finish in front of the fav next time
|
By:
Jockey was at fault , no excuses please ,lol the best horse did not win because of a poor ride , simples
|
By:
Go wide on the best horse and win easily.
Your not going to give away much ground in this small field. Look at the Eljaddaf ride in a much bigger field !!! Total joke. |
By:
Mezmarr??????????? all over...... I wud love to see Ed Dunlop`s phone
|
By:
Not always easy to go wide, when a horse is hanging like a gate inwards !
Not saying I would back the rag to beat it next time, but I would lay him, as it's a horse that knows how to throw a race away. In bad races he got away with winning on bridle. He's now a good deal higher in the weights and can't just coast in on the bit, the horse is a rogue. Guarantee it goes off sub 2/1 next time out, and gets beat again. |
By:
When he beat Perceived over C/D in January the in running comment: 'switched right inside final furlong, ran on to lead near finish'
