That would not be 2 Lucky 15's, because if it was you would be having the doubles and treble on the last 3 races twice. but in a permed L15 it would only be an extra 3 doubles, an extra 3 trebles , an extra 4fold and an extra single, making a total of 23 bets.

If he wants to cover the singles/doubles/trebles/fourfolds it is 80 bets. If he wants actual Lucky 15s (with the bonuses etc) it is 16 Lucky 15 bets = 240 bets. Regardless of how the OP has posted, I think he wanted to know how many singles/doubles/trebles/accas to cover all bases which is 80 bets.
