was thinking same thing - at least half of nicholls horses (historically) need some time to get over whatever injections/treatments he gives them at this time of year, certainly be wary of backing any shorties from this stable until mid-Feb

I think that the ride by Jake Greenall was worthy of a pat on the back . His mount had to be niggled at early enough in the race , and looks like will perform at it's best with strong handling .

Why didn't Bowen pull the horse up instead of coasting and jumping all the fences?

^ Trouble is lazy ATR never gave the jockey changes.  Horrible, horrible outfit with an idiot in charge.  Bass rode it.

Apologies all round , in earlier post I praised Jake Greenall , but I now realise it was David Bass that was the jockey worthy of praise .
Report Ekbalco January 27, 2017 4:23 PM GMT
It's all about the Bass.

Your one slight overrate in your list Ekbalko.

Useless feckers they are. I left Percy Street at Taunton becuase I don't rate Andrew Tinkler. Realised Jacob was on him halfway though the race.
