the only way i see this stat being put to any punting use is that you bet the market principals according to price So i imagine before the off you are already on Wings at 5/1 (16% market share) The Ranger at 6/1 (14% market) Then at the last minute you spring into life when you see Harzand go to 13/2 (13% market) That gives you combined 43% of the market equating to about an 11/10 shot Always considering you were able to get on in time, You werent busy recalculating your liability on Wings and The Ranger That your bookmaker was going to take more than the 50p max on Harzand.. Fair play if youre clued up for this What it actually means is that most punters had they fancied Harzand would surely have availed themselves of the 10/1 and bigger earlier in the day. It would be staggering for someone with a fancy for Harzand to lay off backing it at double figs only to wait til he drops below the magical 7/1, simply on the say so of a stat |
