horse weakened only try beyond 12f and they dropped it back straight away, so maybe they dont consider him a stayer

Trainer said that the horse was off a long time before that run Duncan and it was on horrible wintry ground....doesn't blame the trip for that defeat.

I've no idea if the stable view the horse as a stayer or not but visually it definitely looks like one.....maybe that's just because it lacks pace.

Queally left the stable to go freelance and is riding at Haydock today so you can't say he was replaced by Doyle.

cheers grayhawk..i hadnt seen trainer quote. Both dam and granddam gained only wins at 9f, though, and i'm not convinced he's a stayer myself.

clerkmore doyle replaced queally and has all Abdullah rides when available. abdullahs number one now.eg would be riding frankel, midday, twice over etc hence has replaced TQ
