bix...my early version little acorns system works on the fib staking system 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 etc...i remember once having to lay Denman at £130 having started with laying at £10. Luckily he was beaten that day but if he'd won i'd have had to lay the next qualifier £210.
Also you become paranoid about missing a qualifier (if you do the horse inevitably loses !)...not for me,but if you go for it would be interested to hear how you get on.

If it relies on Fibonacci I think I'll give it a rest but the advert definetly says there is no stress at any time and it has been profitable every year since 2002.

I must admit I have no intention of buying this system. It's just that the advertising intrigued me with it's promise of stress free profits. A losing run while following the Fibonacci sequence would hardly be stress free but it did also claim level stakes profits. I would imagine the problem may be that in practice it is impractical and requires a big time committment. There is also the very basic issue with anyone selling a winning system. After all if you have a steady tax free income stream from the system why go into business selling it with all the complications and pressures of income tax, vat, staff and overheads etc.

There are loads of winning systems on gambling, they break down because people have the wrong staking plan.Sit down ,have a cup of tea,and think of your bank balance, then work out your own staking plan to suit your balance.

For me a system has to make a profit on level stakes. The size of the bank and percentage used per bet is not a problem but I wont get involved in retrieval staking.

right, pick a striker that scores a goal on a regular basis, and work out a staking plan, spurs dont win every game, work out your staking plan,mc coy dosent win every race he rides in,work out a staking plan, trap 1 wont win every dog race, like its not rocket science to get a winning system, its the matamatics of how much you place or lay until you arrive at a winner.its not hard to work out you own strike rate at getting winners.all you have to do is focus on how much you ris****il the winner comes in.

The Dawson system could have used any selection method as it was only the retrieval staking system which made it work in theory. Brilliant advertising though every week in the old Handicap Book. Times have changed!

I tried it a few years ago and was very disciplined about placing bets;don't think I lost whilst trying it however didn't make much either and the real downside is coping with even modest losing runs as stakes are ramped up quickly. As someone mentioned earlier in the thread it's basically a stake retrieval system. Try it and let us know what you think
