I had an interesting day at Pontefract yesterday. Apart from the shambles over ambulances it also reminded me why I stopped going racing in the winter years ago.

Bluestocking seems to improve every time she ran this season having run over the course and distance last time and won so I believed she had go chance of running well

Everything’s in place,everyone’s ready to go,but
I phoned air traffic control to find out what’s happening,they said they’re waiting on network rail,network rail said waiting on the transport secretary.
I flying in from Australia,lay over in Doha,A380 qatar airways,we ve been circling for ages,I ve hit the bar,people have got connecting flights ,and o n bound train journeys,there’s 4 trains stuck at Crewe.
The whole transport system will come to a standstill,and planes will start falling out of the sky over London unless they restore the tab to the homepage,so people can find out when they can land and what delays there are or which trains are running.
