HEPWORTH raced lazilly in Lingfield after her long absence but to her credit after looking likely to finish last she rallied to claim second and stayed on well.By Singspiel she's a certain stayer and this flat track will suit her more than Lingfield where she got outpaced on the Downhill run. Granted she's a poor draw but over 12 Furlongs I'd expect her to have time to get a position and mow them down from the last bend. All the good prices went early and last night but even close to Evens I felt she's better than these and reputedly worked well in Cheekpieces !
I thought Botti's was favourite in as Weak a Maiden as you see,you have to respect O'Meara but his WHITE FUSION needs a big improvement on his comeback.But this yard has to be respected.
But Gosden Yard does well here and I take HEPWORTH to vindicate decision to keep her in Training as a 4 Year Old !!!
