A very good example of how the new stewards enq rules are a nonsense... for me, miss bunter was definitely getting up on that far rail with a clear run. Now, if the winner had slightly impeded her and miss bunter had kept on and got beat a short head, it would have been overturned - but because miss bunter was completely mullered in her run 1/2 a furlong out and had no hope of getting near the winner after that, there's no case to answer. It almost encouragese jockeys to think if youre going to impede another horse, do it properly and the result stands! Nonsense.
