That was a complete disgrace of a ride.  I never backed it but would be mighty p1ssed off if I had.  Talk about a gentle school round.  It's a total fcking nonsense.

Not a non trier, just a fetid trainer and jockey with no idea.

Thought it looked like there was something wrong with the horse. I'm sure the explanation will be he heard noises coming from the horse and something was up. Looked like he was going to pull it up at one point.

Surely at least a place was there for the taking, in spite of the indifferent jumping!!

What about the interview from Gifford beforehand? Only ran in a totally unsuitable race at Newbury just so the owner could watch. Totally unprofessional.

roo, have you seen the head on?

No BB but have seen him riding pointers in the SE for a few years i know that hes pretty much incapable of giving one a push and shove, shame on the trainer for putting him up on the stable star.

Why doesn't Cooper get hold of Dunsdon and simply ask him what the fck he was playing at?

The father buys the horses for his son to ride, even though his son is a useless pilot, the dad pays the money, perhaps the authorities could withold his licence or let him ride in Hunter chases only.

Before you go any further to get your licence you have got to pass certain criteria ................. do you honestly think that ride would pass anything?

Surely they're not going to give him 3rd in the Steward's Room?

Yes. But if they're that bad, surely, they shouldnt be licencing them eh?
Gotta be some sort of point where they say "amateur or not, you cant cut it son"?

Xylophone - Certainly Mr Dunsdon had difficulty passing ANYTHING in that race!!

It's like one of the Glazer's playing up front for Man U. Daddy Dunsdon must hate his son if he's prepared to shell out a fortune to leave junior open to ridicule.

I agree jonjo, ive seeen him give up completely in points on more than one occasion at half way.

It was a shocking effort, no doubt about it,
