I was quite interested in Assizes trying the Poly for the first time, but got a poor draw and this looks a decent race for the grade...I had a shortlist of 7
I've gone for Talent, and though she ran well at Newbury, thought she looked far from the finished article. Plenty of stamina on the dam's side, so may not be up to beating 'now' horse, Queen Aggie. And Ponte Di Rosa, not sure where she's been for 2 months, but she looked on the up prior to bombing lto. gl |
