has ANYONE heard from BF about this matter??

Obviously the forum is getting to be too much like hard work.First they ban all posters with anything to say for themselves,now they are wanting it killed off.

Crashes and times out with blank pages constantly.

Nightmare.  Probably a good reason to get rid of it all completely.

Used to love reading the forum.  Too much hassle now.

Nearly three weeks & not a peep from the powers that be.

Can't believe this thread is being allowed to drop down the page - Betfair are so contemptuous of their customers it beggars belief. Keep it at the top Betfair and let's have a reply to your valuable customers from the people that made this decision, not the poor community team who have to manage it (and I doubt have anything to do with this), about the negative feedback you have received on this subject.

No doubt they will be claiming that Super Slits have been a massive success since it's had it's own tab - well of course it would have done - it doesn't take the brain of Britain to work that one out. You're pulling in all the compulsive gamblers - why not make it even bigger so it covers the whole screen? 

Well we want our Community tab back.

Since it's been in a pop up it's much more difficult to use it regularly, you have to resize it constantly because the slider doesn't appear otherwise and you can't switch, even if you wanted to, between classic and beta.

Come on Betfair decision makers - stop hiding and answer us.

I prefer the classic version, and I dont like being forced onto the new thing and to try and find my way back. I dont like the fact that the community tab has been relegated and the slots have been upgraded. No one with an ounce of sense plays slots.

Please reinstate the community tab .

Our Product team have been monitoring the feedback posted on the forums, and have given us some answers/updates to some of the comments:

- Australian markets are currently not supported on the Beta site: to access them customers will have to opt out.
- If a customer has opted out and they then go on to use another machine then the opt out will not persist. Also if a customer clears cookies then they will be opted back in.
- We don’t offer Line or Range markets on the Beta site and we won’t in the future
- Customers can permanently turn off Instant Games in their preferences (found by clicking on the 'cog' in the top right corner).
- We currently can’t 'favourite' day of the week coupons
- In-Play coupon is going to go back to be ordered by time rather than importance
- Cash Out always tries to give a level green or red and if it can’t if will reduce current exposure to the best it can.  The system can’t place bets less than £2 so that is when we see issues.

The Product team will supply a further update later in the week with details of dates for upcoming updates and fixes.

as to those "comments", all I can say is that the product team had better return to the Russian-English translator on Google, because the iPhone one is clearly inferior.
