Horse was exhausted- Ruby was trying to hold it together but it was out on its feet- hence why it lost by about 5 lengths

Not sure Ruby knew the winner was on the other side of Mayo Mystique.
Not that it mattered. |

Another idiot thread

its all about the horse - jocks are passengers

the horse made all three times last season when winning, seemed strange to see ruby holding him up and then refusing to kick on when going so well round the bend 2 out.....might well have been tired
|
By:
Look at how it clambered over its fences and then how it virtually stopped to a standstill after the last. Have to agree with Sandy on this one!

pag i dont think many horses are going to be 'pinging' on that ground
|
By:
Who said anything about pinging? It lost at least a length at every fence to every other horse. Never mentioned pinging GOON. Take it from me that the horse was not beaten due to Ruby's ride.

paginin , do you thin k the grounds ok on the inside at thurles or much better wider
|
By:
well just in case ANYONE in the world doesnt know ill tell you its ALWAYS worse inside.

Again I didnt say anything about the ground! In fact the winner came inside Walsh in the race we are talking about so I dont get your point Sick. Walsh's ride in the subsequent race wasnt great up the inner but when discussing this one- ie in the 200- the eventual winner came inside him!! Good point anyway though Sick....
