Hi Shamus, Wise words from Ron. Wish you well with your lays. I only lay/place lay 1 or 2 a day. Not a lot of time as sometimes work long hours. Mostly I trade in running Back to lay Lay to back. Can I just recommend that you take a look at someone's betfair blog that has given me real inspiration. research is the key. Take a look at "Jinxy 1's " Trading Post blog. He makes serious money and makes it look very easy.

In a strange kind of way am glad I lost was getting sick of them truffles them smiley emoticons are no good for the ego either.
Joking apart I have been taking liberties for a while now,this is not an excuse its the truth one has been semi conscious for most of 2011 starting to feel like shane macgowen,Am going to address this,will take about another week for me to get a good read on the nags once I have got my eye in I am not going to move it for a while,am confident I can turn this around just need to put in the effort and believe the vision is there.
