By:

yes let the other one fall off the bottom

I'm thinking of a little bit of fun with my 'system'

what I'll do is post the selection and people can decide whether it is a back or a lay by posting yes/no

Todays system lay is 3.00 bath lady hestia

I'll decide yes it's a lay

anyone can join in

I`ve never come across an Elfwyn. Sounds Welsh, but there were some similar names in Anglo-Saxon England.

Hello lester.
A quick google reveals that Elfwyn was an Anglo - Saxon/Norse ( therefore Teutonic not Celtic ) woman`s name. It does sound more like that to me. But odd things happened with names as tribes intermingled in the Dark Ages.

there's a NR in the 3.00 bath so the system lay becomes a NB(still think it'll lose though)

OK got race time wrong but result OK

Place laying Cape to Rio - will probably win but if runs flat may not finish second.  Little to lose at 1/7 anyway
