The thing is,he hasn't allowed for the fact that many of those at the course will be people who are out for the afternoon and knownothing about horses. That does not mean they are idiots.Calling them balmy is idiotic.

To be fair, he just said about the idiots cheering the loose horse. I'm sure he didn't mean ALL of the racegoers.

thing is, as bad as it is to say a lot of the people are out for a day out and not interested in the racing but without their money am not sure we would be able to continue
