There is nothing more important for an organisation like Betfair than to have the ability to hear from our customers and discover ways to improve our community platform. Please take 5 minutes to complete this short survey. It is completely anonymous, and your feedback will help us shape the future of the Betfair Forum. Thank you!
Over the last 12 months I have laid many horses in the Ante Post Cheltenham markets. Inevitably some are now non_runners and these were indicated with a 1 where their odds where in "Matched Bets" window. The totals where all added up to make a "Total Stake" value. However, now non_runners have now been removed from the lists and my Totals have been reduced to such an extent that it will be impossible to win at the meeting as I have got so much red in my books. An example of a horse who has been removed is Bob Olinger in the Champion Hurdle. I didn't realize that this was going to be non_runner/no bet all the way since last March

Plenty of things need improving,I see it as an opportunity to have a moan as Pete says,if you don't ask .....
Just how much are they out of touch with their client base?
This feedback might just get some response, they are aware the forum is a shadow of it's former self.
I have said plenty,If it does not change, people will vote with their feet.

I have just completed the survey. It seemed to me that they are looking to scale back on customer service and replace a large part of it with the forum: So that if someone is confused by something, they would post their problem on the forum instead of pestering customer services. Obviously this assumes that Betfair have now reached the level where everything is now perfect and people who have problems simply don't know what they are doing and can be sorted out by their peers. Personally, I don't think Betfair have reached that level yet.

I hope you're wrong, Marksman; it's been more and more difficult to get any help at all for years. I don't understand why a company with such a great product is so determined to alienate its customers. The minute a competitor offers a decent alternative this place will die.
I know the start-up costs would be high, but a direct copy of BF with a sensible commission structure would reach a critical mass of players very quickly, I reckon.
