I was very impressed by the manner of his win yesterday.Whist the 'bonus' festival race (probably County Hurdle) is indeed their prime objective, I think that connections must be sorely tempted to take advantage of bottom weight (including 5lb penalty) in the Betfair Hurdle, which would give him a favourhttps://community.betfair.com/horse_antepost/go/thread/view/94098/29747153/abbey-lane---betfair-hurdle?post_id=528578775#528578775Whist the 'bonus' festival race (probably County Hurdle) is indeed their prime objective, I think that connections must be sorely tempted to take advantage of bottom weight (including 5lb penalty) in the Betfair Hurdle, which would give him a favourTue, 29 Jan 2013 05:27:41 -0600They are going for the 100k bonus to win a race at Chelt... I think they would compromise their chances if they ran in such a competitive race like betfair hurdle... so Id wait before the declarations on this one.https://community.betfair.com/horse_antepost/go/thread/view/94098/29747153/abbey-lane---betfair-hurdle?post_id=528533103#528533103They are going for the 100k bonus to win a race at Chelt... I read yesterday the last two horses from WPM that won the Leopardstown race went on to win the County Hurdle?? Maybe that's the target.https://community.betfair.com/horse_antepost/go/thread/view/94098/29747153/abbey-lane---betfair-hurdle?post_id=528526637#528526637Don't know tbh.
