Surely Liz and Rab;s best chance yet of a Derby winner.  Goes in the Kent Plate at 3.28.
Pace, balance, determination, stamina - this dog's just about got it all.

Not just a fast dog but clearly a fast dog suited to the track.  That;s my point.  And a fast dog, suited to the track, who has already won Cat 1's.
Trial times like that, solo or not, simply can't be ignored.
Every likelihood of going all the way through, then he needs a good draw in the final.

My point is track suit to him
It’s towcester
It’s non passing track
It’s front runners track
3rd 4th bend is horrible seem to get stung out like washing after first bend

He’s fast dog if this derby was at hove or sitters
He 5/1 favourite your think how he not going lose
Love dogs with 2-3 pace he’s got that
Does towcester showcase it ?

That’s my opinion , I hate towcester in the main cos of fact it not fair track when comes to passing showcasing 2-3
your opinion valid as he’s obviously got the times round there

I can be wrong he be first dog come from off the speed to win a towcester derby

Yeah - well done.
Astute Missile - coming from behind/ stayer.
That obliterates that point.
And I;ve never said he's not going to lose but with a fair wind and decent draws, i'e no T6 in a six dog race of like minded seeds etc: he goes all the way.
I don;t know why you feel you need to put words in my mouth. I've proved I can do that for myself. I';m perfectly coherent and clear when I post.
He;s a very fast dog full stop.  Everybody else bar you knows that.
Finally, every greyhound track favours front runners.  And always has.  And anyone who says otherwise is an idiot.  Some, like this one, favour them more than others.

He will be 100% match fit next time out (that’s what did for him even qualifying in the Derby as in too many trials, had not had a race for 7 weeks).

I wouldn’t oppose him next time out

All the best

Disappointed in his poor track craft recently.  Irish Derby sounds a good idea but I doubt if the Owners would go that expense and inconvenience.  Some dogs are two to three lengths better dogs around there though, Sonic being a notable example.
Looks like I got it wrong.  Not for the first time.  Laugh  The big consolation is I have never had a penny on him.

Owner wanted it run on the moon I’m sure there have good go loyal
They ain’t short of few quid

Good suggestion by you.  I would go for it but I'm not sure the McNairs and their owners could be bothered.
And we;ve seen so many of the Derby also rans go down the Leger route and not get the full trip.
I think the Regency suggestion is possible but maybe the Sussex Cup?!  Otherwise why put him round there?

Htf this dog doesn;t pick tonight to come away on terms.  If he does he;ll find a wall of early-paced dogs inside him at the first bend and nowhere to go.

Thanks for the nod case.  I guessed he was taking it in when he trialled thee in June.
Space Jet.  For me one of the top five most enjoyable greyhounds to watch of my lifetime.

He gave Eva an eight length start and almost caught her.  Got unbalanced when touched off around the first so the jury still out on how he runs here.  Thunder should give him a great pull round tonight.
Of course it is not just about him - this is a smashing comp.
Hope they all come home sound and that any fallers are picked up!.
