Good afternoon gents, just in case you were unaware the C.P. card is being shown on At The Races today and a very good card it is.
|
By:
Cracking Card , back in the day would have been Sunday evening , they have very decent racing most Sundays , Replaced by Harlow Sprinting , Sums the game up TBH
great Run by Hopes |
By:
all shouting about a Track in Wales, the game being gradually ripped apart by those running it in the UK
|
By:
If Derby was @ CP you wanna be on , Unfortunately not , CP best running track in Country IMO
|
By:
Indeed Case, spot on.
A silky smooth win by about 5. |
By:
Poor show today was Crowded but Zero up at all .looked out at one stage
|
By:
I didn;t manage to see the race. T5 in the final. Not ideal.
|
By:
Loyal, the videos are on Greyhoundstar website
|
By:
Ok, thank you.
|
By:
Look at the (solo) trial times this one has recorded. Heat 23, Saturday.
Astonishing. |
By:
Where he’s splits for them looks
Don’t give monkeys about end time tr |
By:
Aye, right.

4.24 28.75
Put six ok dogs in spaces in **** mix breaking like that Just like putting a top class stayer rd for trail there do times but come race time there got heard of hounds in front of them |
By:
Have no doubt hes fast dog
I bet rab wish’s he had elvis type ep |
By:
Not just a fast dog but clearly a fast dog suited to the track. That;s my point. And a fast dog, suited to the track, who has already won Cat 1's.
Trial times like that, solo or not, simply can't be ignored. Every likelihood of going all the way through, then he needs a good draw in the final. |
By:
My point is track suit to him
It’s towcester It’s non passing track It’s front runners track 3rd 4th bend is horrible seem to get stung out like washing after first bend He’s fast dog if this derby was at hove or sitters He 5/1 favourite your think how he not going lose Love dogs with 2-3 pace he’s got that Does towcester showcase it ? That’s my opinion , I hate towcester in the main cos of fact it not fair track when comes to passing showcasing 2-3 your opinion valid as he’s obviously got the times round there I can be wrong he be first dog come from off the speed to win a towcester derby |
By:
Yeah - well done.
Astute Missile - coming from behind/ stayer. That obliterates that point. And I;ve never said he's not going to lose but with a fair wind and decent draws, i'e no T6 in a six dog race of like minded seeds etc: he goes all the way. I don;t know why you feel you need to put words in my mouth. I've proved I can do that for myself. I';m perfectly coherent and clear when I post. He;s a very fast dog full stop. Everybody else bar you knows that. Finally, every greyhound track favours front runners. And always has. And anyone who says otherwise is an idiot. Some, like this one, favour them more than others. |
By:
Just having conversation about a dog loyal
Can’t remember putting words in month in above Missile was middle runner that turned a handy second got up for inside of butt In That final |
By:
TV trophy Type

By:
Another troubled run, didn't quite manage get to Whats Up Eva @ 1/4 (1.32 BSP).
|
By:
Don’t joke case
They could be regency dog |
By:
He will be 100% match fit next time out (that’s what did for him even qualifying in the Derby as in too many trials, had not had a race for 7 weeks).
I wouldn’t oppose him next time out All the best |
By:
Got my opinion on him
Not sure it’s same as few on here |
By:
Disappointed in his poor track craft recently. Irish Derby sounds a good idea but I doubt if the Owners would go that expense and inconvenience. Some dogs are two to three lengths better dogs around there though, Sonic being a notable example.
Looks like I got it wrong. Not for the first time. The big consolation is I have never had a penny on him. |
By:
Owner wanted it run on the moon I’m sure there have good go loyal
They ain’t short of few quid Unless they go stayers route can’t see why it won’t go Irish derby |
By:
SP might suit him ..
|
By:
Good suggestion by you. I would go for it but I'm not sure the McNairs and their owners could be bothered.
And we;ve seen so many of the Derby also rans go down the Leger route and not get the full trip. I think the Regency suggestion is possible but maybe the Sussex Cup?! Otherwise why put him round there? |
By:
Can get anything beat Tow Loyal , love to see him Round Shelbourne TBH
|
By:
Htf this dog doesn;t pick tonight to come away on terms. If he does he;ll find a wall of early-paced dogs inside him at the first bend and nowhere to go.
|
By:
smashed again tonight
|
By:
3 miles plumpton
|
By:
Lacks that Yard of early to be a top class competition dog.....make a decent 6 bender
|
By:
Towcester most unsuitable place for him
Shelbourne derby Perry ledger Wouldn’t target anythink else with such a dog Ain’t like he needs to pay kennel bill |
By:
Lines up in the Sussex starts Saturday ,also the regency Kicks off space Jet in the Line up ,On RPTV with Shelborne
No coverage of the Pall Mall From OXO ,why did they not run this on a Friday ? |
By:
Thanks for the nod case. I guessed he was taking it in when he trialled thee in June.
Space Jet. For me one of the top five most enjoyable greyhounds to watch of my lifetime. |
By:
He gave Eva an eight length start and almost caught her. Got unbalanced when touched off around the first so the jury still out on how he runs here. Thunder should give him a great pull round tonight.
Of course it is not just about him - this is a smashing comp. Hope they all come home sound and that any fallers are picked up!. |
By:
Definitely not going over to shelbourne than
Irish derby starts end of month Rab targeted this with dogs that maybe could run In other comp tonight |
By:
Hills are a stand out 5/4, I've had some of that.
