thought the idea behind this was the dog entered have never raced above a4 yet said winner clearly has and won strange rules

When I was a regular at Henlow an A4 winner was a very decent hound and they were minor open races in all but name really.

As regards to a graders Derby it seems a bit of a meaningless nonsense event to me but someone obviously thinks it's a good concept so fair play to them.
