Got a lot of time for Romantic Rambo but can put in the odd flat run and think Musical Gaga may need a run or two before hitting best. 2/1 and 13/8 respectively wont get you rich, so quite liking 16/1 Worsboro Phantom, each-way and could get bigger!
Report woodmanchester July 14, 2014 9:53 AM BST
Looks an excellent card to me. Already done my price guide and hoping for two or three tasty quotes. Apart from the main two races, especially looking forward to the puppies and the sprint

1 day id like u to post your price guide to see if you are a) telling the truth b) anygood Cool
Report woodmanchester July 14, 2014 3:17 PM BST
Only a rough guide for myself. I'd never lay my prices, i'm not a bookie. Doesn't take much working out you wont get much change from evens each of two in the puppies for example though and Harris possibly a shade odd-on?

Good odds. 11/4 Alba, 4 Ward, 5 Exocet, 6 Davy, 8 Freeze, 10 Salad, betting 98% over-broke

After sparkling trial, really fancy Evs The Hoff to win but 5/2 Calzaghe George will tempt many too. Must surely be a two-dog match

Not sure where they get 12/1 Salacres Kingdom, each-way, from. Although a decent bitches race, 28.76 round Shelbourne not too bad. 500m will test her, but judged on a fast sprint trial, could build big enough lead to still be there or thereabouts business end

Always been a Target Harris fan but doesn't always break, so taken a chance on old fav 7/1 Cluxtons Free to atone for disappointing run last time and bounce back to his best in a red-hot sprint

Liking 7/2 Droopys Hawaii. Smart when leading, may not be for catching against unlucky latest Droopys Adler

Wouldn't like to call the 8.34. Think Mays King needs to lead but will struggle with the two on his inside, so maybe Sidaz Harris

8.49 again very hard but bookies betting over-broke, so you would be getting better than fair odds

Already said 16/1 Worsboro Phantom, each-way and rooting for 6/1 Calzaghe Davy

Good luck!

What a performance trying to void my Salacres Kingdom bet. She said you want nthe better odds in the reformed market. I said no its worse odds but don't wanna be on at sp. She said but you took a better price originally. Then, customer services who don't know what theyre doing. I said void bet and i'd replace it at the new odds. interesting shout saying one from over here should have travelled, most will be going for the Champion Stakes this weekend or Plate

however run in the Select and then maybe a trial Champion Stakes final night before heading into the Derby, i always think it's a lot of running going for the Champion Stakes before the Derby, most trial the week before and then you're running 9 times in 10 weeks if you make both finals which is quite a lot, i much rather dogs i have bet going into the Derby fresh so by what i favour the Select would fit in well
Report zolaisgod July 15, 2014 10:07 PM BST
