Guv & KC have just got down from the roof, the fuse has eventually been stuck in the right way around and the lights are on. The only prob now is the christmas lights in the town centre have now gone down and the council are asking for the dynamic duo to answer there 999 call and carry out the same procedure for the local people of Oxford.
