some of these dogs are travelling hundreds of miles to have no chance, no wonder owners are leaving the game!

you can land man on the moon ( alledgedly, create hybrid cars, microchip the dogs etc, yet even though the weather in this country has been fairly similar for the last 2000 years a level or something similar to a level playing field is out of reach of most groundsman!!

I jumped in to take advantage of this huge track bias !!
Bet Vatican Iona without (T6)
Romeo Maldini (T6)
Cuddlers Corner (T6 in the sprint)
and what a cert Farloe Razl was (T6)
and just had to lay the T1 runner, Hill Tipoki on this going

R.I.P. you sad losers - try another excuse for your incompetence next time

Sorry everyone, but I have to agree with Blaze, albeit I'd put it a little milder.
I had what can only be described as a sensational night and it was easy. Whle you were moaning about the bias I was looking for dogs who could take advantage.

You can't blame the track staff for what happens when rain has an effect on the way the track runs. The tracks are cambered to an extent to stop the outside dogs flying off. Perhaps they should level them out, we'll see dogs flying off and getting injured and then you'll have another excuse for owners leaving the game.

I find it incredible and will stick it all in my next article. What is the point of doing the work, and taking advantage of any early prices to 100% odd, and finidng out you simply cannot win. Nothing was going inside, anything that didnt lead inside was fooked, and it is to the credit of the maginficent Midway Skipper that she could actually get past Greedy on the inside.

Complete joke, making a mockery of the game, and meaning you now have to bet during racing at worse prices.

Blaze- you are right, and I went in on Armdale H despite having my bollx on Runemragged.

Make that a level track and he leads inside at the third. makes no odds to me, I lost just 20% of my total stake but it is disgusting. there is a time when railers have advantage and there is a natural time when the outside does. Without significant rain during a metting, it has to be fairly level. Hove manage to do it when they want to (or the books do!)
Report Blaze November 27, 2009 9:35 AM GMT
Cupra - I take your point to a degree but as I stated in my earlier post, I thought I was taking advantage of the going by backing Farloe Razl and laying the 1 dog. I wasn't at the track but I assume the said 1 dog railed. Did the going suddenly change or what ??
Surely, the majority of the races on the card were won by dogs simply because they led (sometimes unexpectedly, admitedly) but nevertheless because of that - not because of the trap they were drawn in.
