Prices have settled here. Something of note is that Viktor Hovland continues to be in demand. He is maturing as each tournament passes. I will leave Speith and Justin Thomas together with Rory without the handicap of carrying my dough this week. Note of warning is I am not in profit in golf this calendar year (yet).

Jon Ram is a winner in waiting and I'm thinking of supporting him. A nice stake to win together with a higher bet to finish top 10 is the plan. Then, as usual, I like to support the Irish when it is plausible. So a bet to say Shane Lowry beats Shaeffler in a tournament match bet is in order.

Good luck all.

26s and rising, unfathomable once upon a time when a winner 2 starts back. Course sets up well for him too but pulled out of the pro am for unknown reasons and refused to do press. Still practiced yesterday.

Major like prices for the top end suggests that's where the value is.

Jason Day playing his home course and needs a good result to qualify for US Open at a track he loves, one to keep an eye on this week. Never gone that well here until last year when went T7-T4. Have to have a little something on in the great year of comebacks.

Nothing sums up my recent form like being on RCB at 1000 and watching him triple his final hole of round 2 from a great position on the board.

@Total Bosman-know the feeling. Tennis is my downfall..... usually I do ok but ladies tennis should have a Government warning for punters.

Nothing for BF to sort out. If he has to WD it's the same as any injury, he's out and that's that.

Remember Hunter Mahan was leading an event once and pulled out when his wife went into labour.

Wonder what will happen with the other two in his group

After a year of this it amazes me how people are still so lax when they know the risks if they haven't been vaccinated. Guess they must just think it cannot happen to them or they easily let their guard down. From here it looks like the US had opened up again. Is he not a US resident though, you'd have thought he would have had the jab?

Madness though, he could still play and stay 2m away from others, massive over reaction from the tour. Only person he would need to be within 2m of is his caddie

The vaccine does not stop you from getting covid.  At this stage they THINK it will decrease your chances of ending up in hospital with it.  Again this will be based on an individuals general health

Heartbreaking for Rahm, back to back handshakes with Jack gone. Would have been runaway fave at Torrey Pines for the US Open, a course he loves and now stuck in isolation until the 15th, US Open starts 17th.

Terrible.

PP paying out on Rahm as the winner. BF & PP under the same umbrella, why not at least return of stake money from BF on this? Great opportunity for BF to mop up some positive PR...

I'm in deep shock after just checking scores Monday morning 7.30 am here in Ireland. To say I am disappointed is an understatement after Betfair already settled my punt on John Ram as a losing bet. Along time ago I bought some shares on the Irish stock Exchange. Probably in the first month of Paddy listing as a public company. Then Paddy lists in LSE and the rest is history. I was ready to invest further in Fanduel if the opportunity arises. Hope the PR executive see to it that punters on Rahm do not get completely wiped when Paddy Power Plc are doing their bit. It will be interesting where the other exchanges go on this.@therhino.... I cannot even drown my sorrows.... that would be worse for me.
