Got a lot of time for JT. Always seems to take adversity the right way and bounce back, never quits on the course, and you'll never see anything like the BS you get from Bryson every week. After last week and a poor first round could have mailed it in today, now right back in the mix.

It certainly  does TB, and added to mine is a 1000 man in the top ten (960 but claiming it lol), Norlander

Good shout on Norlander, he's playing some good stuff. I've had to fish my Hughes ticket out the bin, great comeback after a bad start yesterday.

Nice round JT, keeps me interested till 2mor at least thankfully, was expecting a reload to be fair. Rahm hard to beat though.

Finally a tourny where the players can be truly punished for poor shots - looking forward to the w/e now

Rahm not that hard to beat, in fact I was thinking quite short. Has not won nearly enough in the States.

Rahm is someone who came to the fore when I was taking a break from golf, so not clued up but a quick glance at his results ALOT of top tens with not blowouts but uninspiring  final rounds.

Tell u what, fair play to Jimmy Walker, to hit a 9 but have the stones and the game to pull 3 back!!

For a world class golfer Rahm's resume is really lacking a world class win. He won at Torrey, which is obviously a world class track, but the field was pretty weak - the OWGR strength of field that week was 400 (for reference Workday last week was 498 and Charles Schwab was 713). He's picked up 5 wins raiding the Euro tour but really he's never won against a top field, and that still sets off alarm bells for me.

fancying walker can take out thomas in the 2 balls, 1--/30 more than fair i feel, put it with mcgirt who loves this track to beat VJ who's a legend but 3rd day on this tourt just too old.
makes a nice priced double...

Jimmy's done well to be where he is considering the state of his game but backing him to beat JT is a brave shout even at the odds. He's a big green for me on the outright so hope he proves me wrong.

This is as easy as it's getting this weekend and we're not seeing anything much from the early starters at all.

Way the conditions are going, anyone who can hang around -4 or -5 might not be in too bad shape.
