I've already had a lay of Rory. He seems to just be a default favourite for everything but his form since the restart has been uninspiring.

he will be all the rage this week with the tipsters having won here on the only course form and having won at eastlake and hamilton which seem to have some correlation.they will write is form off as him just preparing for a major.

Rough pretty juicy apparently and fairways reportedly about 60% the width the course normally plays. Will need to keep it straight.

Already on Hatton. Already laid Rory. I suppose Brooks will start well and that 12s might be wittled down. Backing Berger (again), and DJ with the intention of laying. Abraham Ancer for a top 10 finish. Good luck all

Imagine Tiger Woods winning at a former happy hunting ground in the state of California of all places and not being on when he is priced in the 40's. Must form part of the plan.

my first thought is, pull out your list of golfers who ypu rate but haven't been even near a leaderboard lately.

I feel over the last month or so they've all been birdiefests, tracks built for scoring, but this is alot different, this ones more about keeping bogeys off your card, hence i feel the leaderboard may look quite different than we have seen of late...just finalising mine, markets so top heavy i am struggling to eliminate players as the value's insane...

fairbet - i have hatton and berger aswell, and although i'm certainly not a backer i'd be wary laying rory this week, IF he finds his game at all he has a distinct advantage on this course due to the height of his ball flight, the place is full of abnormally tall trees where very few can take advantage of going over the top of...

Certainly have Major Brooks on side and will not turn him red at any point. He's not lacking confidence, saying half the guys are already out of it and that if he plays well he is going to win.

My jackpot is Hadwin, bit of a West Coast guy and a better player than most in his price range.

here's my stabs, not really my type of event simply cos most of my criteria is thru the courses and we have very little to go on here...

T.Hatton 75
G.Woodland 60
D.Berger 42
H.English 150
E.Van.Rooyen 250
D.Redman 820
R.Henley 610
J.Dufner 730
B.Harman 720
S.Scheffler 140
C.Tringale 840
M.Hubbard 970

(bolded best bets)

List looks long but 8 of them are above 600/1

The weather plays don't always work out but tomorrow looks fairly well skewed towards the early starters, not much difference in temps all day and a significant amount of wind from 1-2pm all afternoon. Definitely looks enough to factor in, wouldn't be enthusiastically backing the late guys.

They do seem to have loaded the star power into the AM / PM wave, maybe they saw the forecast and wanted the big names in good shape for the weekend.

will be weird watching them tee off in jumpers and bobble hats. Cold with a fog blowing in at times.

Not a tournament  for the 'Cat' and his bad back, so a lay at 1.5 to miss the cut.

Jim Furyk won last week on the senior's tour debut. Very accurate off the tee although it's well documented he's not long off the tee. Top 10 @23/1 with a view to trading out if it goes well.

Justin Rose and Adam Scott could easily fair well even after lay offs.

Phil & Sergio at decent prices pre-tourney punts.

Good luck with yours.

I'm getting more and more dragged into these without markets, the very top top few players are, or more can be!!! a league above the field.

From just a punters point of view , couldn't trade bets limited this market seems huge value, what am I missing?

A sample of market prices side by side...
