LOWRY should let them play a few holes before he starts.

...could upset his rhythm, hopefully the referees move him along !

Psychologically interesting situation for Shane today, felt like he was already having his victory stroll down 18 last night, how does he come back down to earth for today? And 4 shots is a tricky lead, do you start aggressive and try to put it to bed early or succumb to the temptation to play conservative and try to defend it?

I imagine it will have crossed Shane's mind that the last guy who walked to the first tee with the expectation of a nation on his shoulders shipped four in one hole.

golf is the most unproffesional sport out there, rules made up on the back of a **** packet as they go along, yesterday leaders most of whoom benefitted from tee times on 1st 2 days ,were said to benefit from best conditions on Saturday because of their good play on thurs, fri today they move the tee times forward at a disadvantage to early starters because leaders will play 2 hrs less in the worst of the conditions,

imagine man city v l,pool bringing a ko forward 2 hours to avoid certain weather conditions

in 36 hours of play Fleetwood, lowry have benefited from playing 99% of the time in the best conditions, today they could have played 5 hrs in the worst conditions but that's now been cut by 50%,

He started Sunday leading by 4 in Abu Dhabi earlier this year , he was 3 behind on 11 and won. That would make for an interesting day.

It's only been brought up 1 hour.  Final group started at 2.45 last year, they go off earlier on Sunday than Saturday anyway due to the chance of a play-off.  I'd have rather they play in the worst of it for interest but it's not a massive difference.

There you are. Sergio. Sick of waiting for that snail Cantlay. Hits ahead of him. This is on 9 fairway. Love it. Totally love it. Sergio giving the proverbial finger to Cantlay.

Hope Brooks does the same with JB Happy

been a bit of a mundane links course for mois bigged up by the likes of mckinely as usual,
5 easy holes to start of with
3 reachable par 5,s
and skys so called treacherous finish includes 2 par 4,s that the big hitters can nearly drive

its basically got 2 out of bounds that are there for no reason a few yds of fairway and off the back of a driveable par 4 the 5th, and a small rock pool hidden away that Fleetwood nearly visited

Deffo over-hyped but would have been superb if the usual wind turned up.. nearly all links are defenceless in calm conditions.

worst part of golf viewing is missing 100,s of possible live shots to spend 5 mins on each of last 20 groups teeing off, lot to be said for the old coverage 30 years ago which didn't bother with early holes
