will be sick if Fleetwood wins but feel as had a lumpy bet on him in us open and  as he never showed lumped on rose and koepeka and had a disatrous w/end.

i split my bet this tourny between day and fowler and watching day play badly this morning dumped him  recycling part of the money on Fowler i have him to win 4k for 70 stake. Happy enough with this position as think hes a good wind player better coming from behind even thought theres a lot of traffic ahead of him.

i know the front is the place to be but ommitting the obvious BROOKS AND ROSE on price grounds think the first 6 on the leaderboard are vunerable will back three at big prices thinking NOREN REED AND DUSBIN.

Forcast is for wind averaging 15 knots gusting as high as 25 /30 knots WINDGURU a sailing weather forcaster i find deadly accurate which should cause havoc of the leaders LOWRY who nobody would begruge the win best man to manage the conditions i know im probably way off mark but this is my play,

i can handle dropping a ton and if it goes pear shapped tommorrow can have a final play sunday any thoughts

Frames is right, not much moving going on, couple under today from those in the top 20 looks like being fine unless the wind dies later.

why are the leaders starting so late, the last pair could still be on the course at around 9 the speed holmes plays.

by the time they have done TV, press etc will be near 10 before they can have some supper and wind down, bit unfair for playing the best golf for 2 days.

surely they could have started around 8-8.30 or are they holding back because of american tv coverage.

Is Rose not popular in England? I just don't get the price difference between he and Tommy.

Just been having a look at Tommy v Shane side-by-side, and TBH I'm finding it hard to really justify Shane being much bigger than Tommy with a 1 shot head start.

For starters, we've all seen Tommy struggle at the weekend, especially in the bigger events, and if the conditions get worse tomorrow I think you'd make that in the favour of Shane as a solid bad weather player.

But apart from that, there's only 13 world ranking spots between them and both have very similar strong but not winning form in the last few months, but Shane's last win was 1 year after Tommy's last win (both in Abu Dhabi).

Both have 4 career wins, 7 of which were at European Tour level, but Shane has his WGC, which is arguably two divisions above Tommy's best win, so it's hard to make any case that Tommy is a better closer than Shane.

For Tommy to be shorter than Shane 1 behind it has to be based on the fact Tommy is a much better player than Shane, but actually, where is the evidence of that?

Why don't they do it on Sundays? Have always found it strange.

Yeah, not right is it X?  The PGA might be the weakest major but it served its purpose as the final major in August, if only to have something to look forward to after the Open. Majors being over in mid-July is kind of depressing.

Rhino - presumably they go slightly earlier on Sunday in case there's a play-off.  3.50 really is pushing it mind you.
