the stupidity still exists, doesn't it?
Haotong Li's penalty was a complete joke imo-I still fail to see how he gained any advantage
the rescinding of other player's supposed infractions and last night what effectively became a "double" penalty on Rikki Fowler-I know this isnt a new rule but it's a perfect example of the continuing stupidity and unfairness of certain rules
