I don't get that argument LR. If that was the criteria then Harrington, Westwood, Monty, Faldo, among many others, should be there instead of Sergio.
Garcia has been rubbish since winning the Masters. Wallace has won 4 times since then. And he's been on tour less than 2 years compared to Garcia's 20 so of course there's no comparison with their CVs at this stage.
But,regardless of whatever happens this week, imo Wallace,Pieters, Knox and RCB would all have been better picks than Garcia.

not sure the faldo comparison is relevant as he doesn't play anymore, sergio only a just over a year on from masters win and also played very well in the open de france earlier in the year which is on the same course.
think USA will win anyway regardless of who Bjorn picks.
overall garcia a stronger player.not sure the faldo comparison is relevant as he doesn't play anymore, sergio only a just over a year on from masters win and also played very well in the open de france earlier in the year which is on the same course.
forget about Sergio, the scientist lost his Bunsen burner, micko lost his game, plenty of americans struggling at the bottom of thefield in tour champsionship

Sergio shot 65 last round, so better signs there, plus he has loads of experience
Wallace wins 3 lowly tour events and does next to nothing else, I would much rather have Garcia in my team

The BMW is a strong European event. He was 3rd in China and had 3 other top 20s, including a major. I would rather have a player who has won 3 times and done next to nothing else than a player who has has only done next to nothing.
