Anyone playing? Had a bet on Vijay, always played the Old Course well and coming off a win at the Senior Players. Make him a pretty good bet at 17s.

((((((SENIORS OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP)))))

This year from Lytham...144 players, but only 20 or so with a chance of beating 61yo BERNHARD the Langer (as he goes for his 4th title)Devil

Went to Qualifying on monday at S&A.
Very enjoyable day.
Followed a few games, found a few balls for some players, had a bit of a chat with a couple, beer from the clubhouse.
A good day.
Will be rooting for the exotically titled David Maryland IV from Canada. Nice guy. Level after 8.

Among some of the greatest names is Aussie amputee Geoff Nicholas who qualified this week for Lytham.

If I had one more round to go before passing I would choose Lytham.
Not the best I’ve ever played but just about my favourite.

A great course, and one the TV pictures don't do justice to.
