Could be the penultimate event at TPC Boston if with the changes in 2019 the playoffs go to three events, been reading this is the one in the firing line. Would be a shame, I like this course. I know Casey played well here last year but seeing him the same price as JT, there is a head scratcher for you.
Don't particularly fancy anyone at the minute but do think an AllDay breakout week is getting pretty close, so will chance him here given the solid record.
Day at least showing some signs, inconsistent and miles off best, but Rory, appalling in all departments!
Ive got this win as one of the best of the year!Super impressive stuff.Confidence must be sky high.

I wasn't sure of him either tbh TB. I must admit I was wondering if he might not be quite top level. Great to be proved wrong though as we have such a strong 7 or 8 players now.

Molinari is sitting this one out and Fowler is still out with injury - so the field is set to just 98 players in 2018 and as usual begins on FRIDAY - ends on US Labor Day MONDAY.
The Palmer designed TPC Boston (which has played host since it's inception in 2003) will alternate with the NY/NJ area (for THE NORTHERN TRUST) next year when the TOUR goes to a 3-event playoff.

Of the 100 players who qualified for this week's Dell Technologies Championship, just the top 70 in FedEx Cup points following Monday's Labor Day finish at TPC Boston will move on the next stage of the FedEx Cup Playoffs. That means 30 players will be eliminated this week. Note: The Dell Technologies Championship is the final tournament of the season with a cut, so any player currently outside the top 70 who misses the cut on Saturday automatically will be eliminated.) To avoid elimination, the projected points total to reach this week, according to Shot Link's data analysis, is 818 points.
Currently, just the top 58 qualifiers are at that total, meaning the other 12 who are currently tucked inside the top 70 bubble are in the danger zone. Meanwhile, the other 30 players currently outside the top 70 hope to be this year's bubble busters.
The biggest year of volatility at TPC Boston came in 2008 under the old points system when 10 players busted the top 70 bubble. After the points were adjusted, the biggest number of bubble busters were nine in 2012. A year ago, three players busted the bubble (Emiliano Grillo, Rafa Cabrera Bello and Stewart Cink). In the last five years, the total number of bubble busters is 25. That includes five players who entered TPC Boston ranked 90th or worst in FedExCup points -- including Geoff Ogilvy, who was the last player in the field at No. 100 in 2014. He tied for second at TPC Boston and moved all the way up to 24th, eventually reaching the TOUR Championship that year. Here's a look at where each player currently shy of the projected 818 points likely needs to finish in order to advance to the BMW Championship next week.

I've been crunching numbers non stop for the past 20 hours and have narrowed it down to 3 at massive prices. Chris Kirk, Chez Reavie and my main pick Chesson Hadley. £50k if he wins GL

Don't remember the last time I backed him Jedi. Each to their own, he is ballin at the moment and priced very generously imo. Class is permanent, at least so they say.

Playing with TW too. He's the real deal for me,all the waffle they talk about him detracting from his play. One crazy silly back 9 in Europe aside think he's been terrific for most of this season... Said top 20 player, more like top 10.

While Bryson DeChambeau leads in Boston - the only player to win to win a season's first two FedEx Cup Playoffs was Vijay (back in '08) - although a total of five players have won back-to-back Playoffs events.

Agree with Jedi on Bryson, baring the collapse at event in Germany has been very good this year on a nice consistent trajectory. In fairness he has bounced back well with the win last week.
Suspect the price on him now may look quite big in a few hours.
Certainly a top ten player and may well go on to reach the very top of the rankings in the not too distant future.

But no scores at all coming from the final groups. Much like last week, even with Bryson offering a glimmer no-one looks like putting him under pressure.

Reacted well to Smith getting within 1. So impressive to do this 2 weeks in a row. That Porsche meltdown seems to have taught him a lot, might turn out to be the best thing that's ever happened to him.

Looks after the sponsors like a true capitalist in his interview
Well done young man. The tour depth chart just got a bit stronger these last two weeks. Will be in all the major conversations next year.
